Antique Set/12 Chippendale Dining Chairs

An English, Early 20th c. set of Twelve Hand Carved Chippendale Style Mahogany Dining Chairs, consisting of 2 Arm Chairs and 10 Side Chairs w/Upholstered Slip Seats. The Chairs are Nicely Carved Mahogany w/Shaped Top Rail & Open Back Splats with Scrolling Foliate Designs with Intertwining Acorn and Oak Leaf Decoration, with Acanthus Leaf Carvings on the Front Cabriole Legs, and Ball & Claw Foot, and Back Splay Legs.

Recently polished and in great condition with light expected wear. All seats need reupholstering and one back splat is slightly warped.

Arm: 24″x 25″x 41″h, 19″sh, 27″ah, with 21″x 18″deep slip seats
