A fine and rare pair of 19th C. Italian, Venetian Carved and painted Blackamoor pedestals. Each figure is posed in a standing position with an arm outstretched supporting a circular scalloped tray. The figures are clothed in an elaborate gold tooled tunic standing upon a square plinth draped in gold and black fabric. The figures are finely carved with expressive detail. Condition is very good with no surface or structural restoration.
